Shipped from Bangkok, Thailand via Thailand Post (ePacket Plus worldwide, DHL Express Courier for the USA), with tracking.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on local postal systems and customs processing.
USA: 2-5 business days*
Asia: 5–10 business days
Oceania: 7–15 business days
Europe: 10–18 business days
North America (except USA): 8–14 business days
South America: 8–14 business days
Middle East: 10–18 business days
Africa: 18–22 business days
Deliveries to island destinations may require additional transit time.

Duties & Customs
As your order travels internationally, your local customs office may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are determined by your country and are not included in your Moonbow checkout total.

USA Shipping Notice
Moonbow is an Asia-based brand.
Due to current US import regulations and carrier requirements, orders shipped to the United States must be sent via a specific international express courier. This service has a higher cost than standard international shipping.
To keep our promise of free shipping, this cost is already reflected in US market pricing.
Any import duties or taxes, if applicable, are handled separately by US customs.
