How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired product(s), and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit/debit card and Apple Pay. We use Stripe, a secure and reliable payment gateway.

Order Tracking
Once your Moonbow package sets off on its journey, you’ll get a notification email. You can follow its adventure online throught the order page, though sometimes tracking updates may appear 1–5 days after dispatch, depending on the postal system.
Duties & Customs
When your order travels across borders, sometimes your local customs office may ask for extra duties, taxes, or fees before it reaches you. These are set by your country and aren’t included in your Moonbow checkout total.
For everyone’s safety and smooth travels, we can’t lower the declared value on invoices or mark parcels as gifts. If any duties apply, your local customs office will let you know how to settle them before your goodies continue their journey to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We put a lot of love into every Moonbow piece, so we hope it reaches you just right. 💙 Because of the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s been a mistake on our side. If that happens, please reach out—we’ll make it right. 🌊✨
