Free Worldwide Shipping with Tracking Number
We offer free worldwide shipping to over 100 countries.
What to expect:
Orders ship within 1 business day
Shipped with tracking. Most orders leave our Bangkok, Thailand warehouse via Thailand Post (ePacket Plus); orders to the United States ship on a delivery duty paid service.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on local postal systems and customs processing.
USA: 5–12 business days
Asia: 5–10 business days
Oceania: 7–15 business days
Europe: 10–18 business days
North America (except USA): 8–14 business days
South America: 8–14 business days
Middle East: 10–18 business days
Africa: 18–22 business days
Remote and island destinations may require an additional 1–3 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your Moonbow package begins its journey, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note:
Tracking updates may take 1–5 days to appear after dispatch
Update frequency depends on your local postal or courier system
You can always follow your order via the order status page.
Duties & Customs
As your order travels internationally, your local customs office may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are determined by your country and are not included in your Moonbow checkout total.
Orders to the United States are the exception. They are shipped delivery duty paid, so any US import duty is already covered and there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
For transparency and compliance:
We’re unable to lower declared values or mark parcels as gifts
